Welcome to the family

Today 11 cabinet and 2 state ministers took the oath in Rajasthan.

And this event introduced India with new "Rabri" of Rajasthan-- Mrs Golma devi, one who never knew how read or write.
Can anyone guess where our country is heading to?
If such people are made to sit on power chair whom do you think will take the decision on behalf of them?
I don't doubt anyone's personal intellect because dhirbhai amabani and many other great businessman and leaders were not too educated but brought revolution in the complete world but in today's scenario what do people want from their leaders : that they should just put a thumb empression on the 100 crore deal or could be easily fooled by their own P.A (personal assistant) or seceratory by manipulating the work!
Beacuse people like her would take ages even to pass an old dead deal from her table if once told to use their own mind!
I think at least a bar should be raised by the government that people who are not graduate cannot qualify for any of the political post.
I think these measures are necessary if we want our government to work properly and actively.

After seeing all this happening today in rajasthan I thought that we ourselves are at fault, we can't blame anyone for any reason.
-We are the ones who properly do not utilise our own voting power.
-We are the ones who usually crib about the system but never turn out to make a miniscual effort to clean it!
-We are the ones who blindly vote for the person on the basis of head or tail outcome of the coin without actually analyzing who is capable enough to handle things properly.

But anyhow in the end I would like to say one thing to Mrs golma devi --- Welcome to the political family :)

11/26 (Bombay blast)

Dwarfed Life

Few days back I was reading a newspaper and in the middle page I saw an article bruiting that a student from IIT Bombay tried to commit suicide enunciating the fact as he was performing low in one of his subjects!

The article for a moment took me aback! Just low grades in exams forced the chap to take up a serious step! (I guess I should given him my example ;) )
Neways, nowdays news paper has been flooding with the news of committing suicide by people of all ages Some are fed up from the monotonicity in life, some are troubled by the falling of market, while some are so much distressed from the prevailing problems that they decided to chop off their king sized life line!
Recent financial crisis has also added fuel to this deadly activity!
Before writing this topic I was discussing something from one of my friend and he quoted an example in front of me : "Once when he was in 10th n whole family was waiting for his result which was due any moment and then they heard an ambulance on the street and suddenly he said "looks like result is out"
We ourself have made our life an "easy piece of value"!
The courage of facing problems has been loosing in people.

Even our Indian army and airforce are not away from this "ending life crisis"!
In a calculated suicide rate of suicides per lakh, air force has 16 suicides and Army heads Navy by 11!
For a force having approximately 1.2 lakhs personnel this rate is highly alarming!

Increase in suicidal rates show that we people have been so much busy in making money and have been moving so fast in their life that they keep ignoring small day today problems which often in turn take ferocious face of depression and loneliness. Later they see that the only solution to their problem is to end their life!
Often great expectation from small children in a fast and competitive world leads to a great deal of pressure which in turn decrease their performance instead of an incrementation.

But in this age of globalization and rapid economic growth, people's aspiration to grow themselves in disproportionate terms in case of salary and in case of their social status (not only among elders but also among students.... the rapid growing competition among them )this is a challenge that is here to stay.

Pink

Pink is soft,
Pink is cool,
Pink is beautiful.
Pink is beauty,
Pink is grace,
Pink is content.
Pink is nice,
Pink is feminine,
and lastly Pink is the only color which I like :p

Pink is the sign of likeness (guess I am not wrong!)
It is a color first recorded in 17th century and since then various shades of pink are available today.
As per me I like baby pink or one could say light pink the most.
A color that comforts one in every season.
Pink is a color which is less violent and shows the calm side.
If one knows then colors mainly signify the various moods of a person. Like death and taxes, there is no escaping from color. It is ubiquitous. Yet what does it all mean? Why are people more relaxed in green rooms? Why do weightlifters do their best in blue gyms?
Colors often have different meanings in various cultures. And even in Western/Eastern societies, the meanings of various colors have changed over the years, but some norms have never changed for some color since they came into existence and from them one is PINK.

If a person is very sad and if you offer him a pink rose it will suddenly bring a smile in the frowning face, having pink lips stretched apart. (Try to recognize if you get the same smile if you offer the black color rose ;) )

Pink depicts the lighter side of the mood, a calmness and coolness in one's nature. A soothing gesture. Pink is a color which always remain in fashion esp. for girls as it depicts girlishness and femininity and moreover it is color which I love the most.

Pink suits me or I suit to pink ...... as this thing is still undecidable ;)

What's your name?

Although the original idea of this post has been bought from one of my snr as after reading his blog on the same storyline I thought I should also share my point of view!
My name -- Vaniki,
Whenever a person asks such a question from you: "What is ur name", you abruptly speak your name in a fraction of second!
But the things have never been easy on my end!
The time I speak my name name I often see people giving wiered expressions as I if I have spelled some curse
and the very next moment they ask.... "jara fir se batana"
Well these things are not new for me.... as I am used to such activities ....whether be it the normal first time meet or be it the interview scession!
Moreover I have heared several transformations of my name.... be it Bhaniki, Vanili or sometimes even valmiki,Vaani, Vaanu,! and many more.
But after so many things I don't know how Panipi is realted to my name :O
But you know just speaking your name is not engouh for me .....the moment I speak my name I have to get ready for several other explainations for my name
Like 1) What does it mean?
2) Such an uncommon name .....have you heared anyone of the same name?
3) Your name seems to be difficult can we call you vaani or some other nick name?
and so on....

Initially when people used to ask me the meaning of my name I used to explain them in a lucid manner that my name means

Person ... What does it mean
Me "Forestry --- which in turn means a small flower and plant area which people often maintain in their
houses "
Person.... Ohh I guess its junglee!
Me ... :O (Ye kya tha!)
Me...(again after some re-thinking).... no its not like dat ...its actually a beautful place maintined by you ..by no means it is connected to junglee!
Person.... Are it's one and the same thing stupid...... And from today we'll be calling you junglee :D
Me .... :( :-

Like this so many attrocities have been made on me by morphing my name :(
As I grew up I found a new way to answer this question!

Person :- What is ur name?
Me - Its vaniki
Person - What does it mean?
Me- Actually it's a two meaning name! Mytholigically it means saraswati and the other meaning is botanical
Person - :- (Baap re!)
Me - :D
(I used this technique during my ragging time as it was one of the most probable question for me and also during my interviews)
And through this way I found a new way to skip from the wiered inferences which people used to draw after listening my name :D

So this was my side of story!
What's your name?
;)

Are you normal?

Physicist Stephen Hawikns says the rate at which computers are adding new intelligence, they could soon rule the world!
Few days back I was reading an article written by Dilip Dobb and I came to know one of the most prevalent disease (in other words you can call it a phobia!) among the techie junta called "discomgoogolation"
Strange name! :O
Well guys its nothing but a phobia which is very common among the people who regularly access net! Mainly its a word which defines our electronic addiction! Some studies done by foreign geeks show that computer addicts (people like us) get stressed out when they do not access net for a long time and the reaction which they show are as follows :
* People get stressed out if they are unable to access net
* They show signs of irritation at there level
* In personal they feel a kind of "emptiness" :P [Now what kind of emptiness did this scholar meant I am still unable to understand]
According to this scholar 47 percent of the people he polled believed that internet was more important in their lives than religion.! GOD HELP US :-|

Well this is what the study says!
Now there is another mistery behind this unheard name The researcher has derived this name as the techie is unable to access net = not able to do googlling! DISCOM-GOOGOLATION!
Once one of my frnd had put a following status message "Thousands of years back when people left there food, family and had no idea about there life were called sages but in today's world they are called IT Professionals"!

As far as my perspective is considered, I do feel that this internet and computers have really made our life easy. A galaxy of information is just a click away! all it needs is to click your mouse button and just surf.
I do agree that internet is slowly and steadily becomes the part of life for people who spend their maximum time in front of their PC (esp IT professionals)
As per me I am on the line edge of getting this phobia and if I continued working in my job then soon I'll not be the normal one.
So what about you .....ARE YOU NORMAL??

Poverty is terrorism too

Is there a direct relation between poverty and social angst? What happens when newspapers give a daily dose of page three luxuries, champaign parties and new desirable products launched in the land where one third of the world's poor live? It sows seeds of revulsion and revolt. See how people went berserk to get a packet of food in Kosi flood affected area. If it doesn't create a pain and anguish in your heart, you must get your level of human feelings checked up. Like volcano is a natural phenomenon, eruption of public angst against injustices and unfair system too is. There has to be a social upheaval against the pot-bellied politicians and officials living sinfully luxuriously and boasting of a new, powerful India in business forums keeping their eyes wide shut on 30 crore Indians living in abject poverty and 25 crores going to bed hungry every night.

Poverty is as vicious and deadly as terrorism that seeks to eliminate the unyielding. Though we worship god and bask in the glory of our scriptures that say-serve humanity, our priorities remain hooked somewhere else. The highest number of terrorist outfits and anti-national movements are being launched in areas that are reeling under abject poverty and neglect. It may be true that the most dreaded terrorists come from highly educated regime, yet their foot soldiers are found amongst the disadvantaged and the poor. Nation's gravest threats emanate from areas of tribal density and unfathomable poverty like Bastar, Telangana, Orissa and North-East.

There is a plethora of reports corroborating the link between poverty and social unrest. In its update on 'International Comparison Programme', the World Bank has revised it's international poverty line norm from $1 a day to $ 1.25 [approx. Rs 55/-] a day. Based on this, the World Bank said that "out of an estimated population of about 100 crore in 2005, the number of poor people living below $1.25 a day has increased from 42.1 crore in 1981 to 45.6 crore in 2005. This is the biggest challenge facing India." The study also pointed out that even as the number of people living on the earlier poverty line norm of less than $1 a day had come down, there was still a large number of people living just above this line of deprivation and their numbers were not falling.
On Wednesday, August 27, the Asian Development Bank offered a new measure of poverty - earning of $1.35 per day on purchasing power parity which puts more than half of India's 1.1-billion populations [54.8%] in the category of poor.

Thousands of families in India do not find enough to feed themselves and in a moment of complete dejection they commit suicides collectively. In Bihar, a story appeared that a labourer was furious to find his meals salt-less and in a fit of anger he beat up his wife causing an instant death. Moments later his daughter returned with one rupee and fifty paisa in her hands and stated her mother had sent her to market to fetch some salt, but the shopkeeper had asked her to bring more money-Rs. 1.50 was not enough to buy salt. But by that time the anger had taken life of an innocent poor lady.
The elite would find it difficult to believe that millions of Indians do not have enough to buy a piece of cloth to cover their dead and leave their village to search employment in Punjab and Haryana's serf markets. Trains to Punjab from Bihar are full of such people, compartments are choked and they travel on roof tops risking life. Even Kashmir has become so rich that it's impossible to find a Kashmiri labourer and all the malls and houses of the separatists too have been built by Bihari and Oriya labourers.

But is there anyone interested in eradicating poverty?
Newspaperpersons report only the catastrophes. Nobody has the time to report the daily struggles of the poor and their survival in an island of abysmal wealth and too great people appearing in the power list of the Forbes. And politicians have got a vested interest in keeping poor poorer so that their vote banks keep thriving.

With Shibu Soren taking oath as Chief Minister of Jharkhand with the blessings of all the decent secular elements converging around winners of nuke deal casino-club (which has a membership routed through a mechanism called elections), the only scene left to be seen is another CEO being sworn in inside a jail as he was considered so dreadful that the authorities thought it more secure to organise the function within the jail-walls. No wonder in such a situation where the sahib rules amidst pot-bellies and yawns, the basic structure of deliverance- the district unit, responsible collectively to govern, administer and help end economic disparities- remains totally neglected.
Here is a work that can help us devise some new methodology and a plan of action to achieve something positive for our people. Aruna Limaye Sharma's monumental work on converging a district's resources focuses on specific schemes for better deliverance and optimum results. I am sure it will not remain confined to academic forums because some well meaning persons like Planning Commission member Syeda Hamid have committed to take it up with as much passion and zeal as was shown by the UNDP resident representative in India, Maxine Olsen, to provide space and a window to this new Upanishadic mantra of poverty alleviation. Aruna Limaye Sharma's work has been published and named-Resource Convergence Mantra Model.
As a district collector and later as Managing Director of a dairy federation in Madhya Pradesh, Aruna got acquainted with a district resource reservoir and its multilayered usages by various micro-level agencies. She saw that while the resources at the district level are quite high, if not abysmal the real problem lies in the execution of various schemes which often overlap each other and work parallel rather than converging to effect a net benefit to larger number of people (beneficiary in the government parlance) through maximum convertibility of district level schemes focussed on specific and well defined areas.
As a member of the elite Indian Administrative Service, she found that every district in India gets, on average 1200 crore rupees every year for various developmental schemes. This is not a small figure for the development of a district with an average population of 10 to 15lakhs. If we take Planning Commission's standard five-year time frame to assess state expenses and implementation of government schemes, a whopping 6,000 crores per five-year for one district can do miracles if the money received is spent focussed and through a convergent method that ensures elimination of duplication of various grants because most of the state agencies work in isolation without any mechanism to provide information about the other hand of the government in the same locality.
Responding to why we have not been able to make optimum use of Rs 1200 cores per district she says, there is an overabundance of schemes that are similar in objective but emanate from different sources. This overlapping generates corruption too. In a Madhya Pradesh village one dug well received grants from as many as eight government departments, because every one wants an easy way to show targets achieved!
For another example watershed development programmes for an area include the Drought Area Programme, Desert Development Programme and the Integrated Wastelands Development Programme executed through the District Rural Development Agency(DRDA), Zila Panchayats and Watershed Development Programme of the Ministry of Agriculture. This duplicity of agencies and schemes results in confusion and wastage.
Hence the relevance of the Resource Convergence Mantra Model (RCMM) developed by Aruna Limaye Sharma, which aims to establish a synergy between the government, NGOs, the private sector and the beneficiaries for the progressive realization of the rights of India's poorest citizens. The methodology is to take up 4-5 thrust activities as entry points in the district, list out the components and match the schemes which can be converged.
If a group is involved in the area of child rights, it would need convergence of the efforts of as many as ten agencies, like Ministries of Culture, Rural Development, Urban Affairs and Employment, Forest and Environment, Labour, Health and Family Welfare, Education. Women and Child Development, Social Justice and Empowerment and other commissions and boards created for women, SCs and STs. Once the efforts are focussed and converged, miraculous results can be achieved and that would in turn benefit the political parties too, who won't need massive poll campaigns to promise what they can't implement. Their work already done would be enough to return them to power year after year.
Anyone listening?

Left is right :)

The left party at Bengal sometimes does some good works for the nation and even for the complete global environment unknowingly!

The frequent "Bandhs" called out by left are very favorable for various sectors of people! No doubt they result in a complete halt of all the proceeding activities like : abrupt closing of offices, loss of studies of children.... in short a complete 1 or 2 day halt in the progress life of people

But grass is greener on the other side :O
One day bandh results in the following benefits
1) less traffic on roads as a result lesser pollution
2) One day "chutti" for students is like a "vardaan" for them, I think they might be praying to God everyday to provide the left party people with such miraculous ideas.
3) One day leave for working people esp ladies result in a day to be spent with there family and husband.
4)One day off from the office for men is like a day donated to the t.v
5) Most likely i think trp's of some serials definitely show an increase on this day! So in short the drama industry is also benefited.
6)One day off means relaxation from the hectic life and polluting traffic

...................................
.............................................
.....................................................
and the list goes on and on!
In short you just can't only blame left in bringing a halt in your progress life but you should also appreciate them for giving you so many good opportunities!

!@#$ Have we really made a difference !@#$

There is a very beautiful saying "Together we can and we will make a difference"
but after 61 years of precious and most awaited independence for which our ancestors stood against the British empire do we have really made a difference!
This question often strikes my mind but I am always unable to convince myself.
There are innumerable examples present in front of us..... so many day to-day happenings which often leads to a diversion in my idea about "have we really made a difference"???

Here I would present some examples which would examplify my thought procedures

Considering the PROS of the independent India
India, A country which is considered to be at the top of the list in case of heritage and culture, which is later proceeded by china with rich heritage and culture .... is considered to be at the top of the list later preceded by japan and china receptively. Many poets and literary people have described a lot about this country. Even foreigners like hune-stang also wrote many things about rich Indian culture and advanced teaching methodologies.
Because of its rich heritage there is a very famous saying "कोस कोस पे बदले पानी चार कोस पर वाणी"
Infact I think India is able to retain its rich culture and ethic values because of the people. They are the ones who have kept the ethics still alive even at this advance age of modernization.

India is one of the developing country which has shown drastic progress after the introduction of globalisation.

India is one the leading country in IT sectors. Indian manpower is world wide famous!
Its only in India where we experience seasonal changes in a beautiful manner!

It's only India which has given us big laureates like Amartya Sen, Bhattacharya, Kautilya and many more.
He was an Indian who worked with Einstein and invented 4th state of matter known as Bose-Einstein condensation.

Often our young scientists make us proud by winning various competitions like young scientists award and young mathematician.
It is India from where ladies like Kalpana chawla and Sunita williams have brought fame to there country because of there indispensable contribution to the field of aeronautics and engineering.

They are The Indians who invented IPL and brought a revolution in the field of cricket ;)
It's yoga, the old Indian callanetic, which has created awareness in the whole world and is also practiced widely today.

And the list goes on and on ....unendingly.

Now lets talk about the other face of the coin. Although people are familiar with this face of coin too but still I would like make some remarks!

Talking about India, A country which holds starling light position in the corruption chart!

A country which is rich in heritage but still they are in deplorable conditions (Infact its surprising to see that tourism holds one of the most important position in the revenue generation! but still no amendments are made to improve there condition)

A country where corruption is so widely present (both in a horizontal and vertical chain system that people have accepted it as a part of the society.) No work proceeds unless you keep a "hari patti" over the desk of the local babus

Day before yesterday I was reading an article written by shobha de in times of India "Mera bharat kahan" In that article she made a beautiful comparison between the miserable life of a girl who sells news papers in the street and the ONLY olympic winner of India, millionaire- Abhinav bindra (who continued shooting as a passion!)
These are the true facets of life which cannot be neglected any how!

This is not the end of the list, Next come the prevalent communalism which has nearly oops... already destroyed the peace of the beautiful kashmir valley!
Not only kashmir valley but other small areas and remote states like sikkim, aasam are also slowly and steadily joining the list!

After seeing and having a look at these innumerable examples of the two facets of the coin I am unable to draw the answer for the question "After 61 precious years of independence have we really made a difference"?

Is this the capability of India that after so many odds it is able to stand erect on the road of development OR it is the inability of India that are acting as hurdles in the road of development?

Game of life

It is in games
that many people discover there paradise!

A life is also a game, and we all are mere players
Well it depends upon a person how he/she plays his/her game of life.
Some love playing with challenges, some really like to take it in a slow mode.
Some play it in a real rough manner , while some play it in a zig zag manner,
On the contrary, some leave it in the hands of destiny!

Well I think one always needs a strategy to play a game. It is not always the case that there would be a "win-win" situation for you all the time! It is just a matter of luck or by fluke you sometimes win the game without a strategy behind it. ( I wont say a perfect strategy because there can be more than one way to reach the destination and the priority to select the path depends and differs from person to person)
To win a game one needs a strategy- this strategy might not be the perfect one but atleast the one which could guide your way or could show you the way to start with.
First step is always the diffcult and most important step .... rest are just the follow ups.
Infact I should say your step is the deciding step, it decides your victory or loss towards your goal. If taken properly and in time then success will be in your way else you need to struggle hard to owe one!

Our life is mainly a collection of several games!
You practice time begins as soon as you are born.
In adolescent age you play the most important game i.e the game of your "Career"
In your later age you play a game of your life time... i.e your player quantity which was initially one becomes two! Now the player turns into a player team. The mantra of this gaming zone is that the two players should be mutually cooperative and helpful to each other. The duo then comes into the real ground of playing where there are several competitors like them. This is the zone where you need to be a good defender so that- when necessary you may defend your team and you also need to be a good player too so that you may be ahead of others.
You also need to have a good game plan, the plan which reaches or tells you the path towards your goal.

Finally in the old age a new game of life begins where you will not be the players but would act like a guiding light for the new players..... these new players are none other than your own children who will then start their journey towards their goal.

This game of life starts when you are born and finishes only when you attain serenity.
But this gaming becomes fun when you start enjoying it ....

after all its your life and your game!

Number of days in a week???

Although the topic seems to be a piece of waste
but mind you, once you think about it properly you will come to know that its a big point of discussion!

I have seen many working people (esp ladies) crying about the fact that they are even made to work on sunday in offices.
(My sis who is a lawyer in supreme court continuously cries about this fact as she always have to work on sunday's when ever there is a hearing on monday)!!
poor lady!
Initially in my college days I used to find no difference between sunday or monday or any other day because I was one of the regular bunkers who used to bunk classes every other day :o)
but thanx to my frnds who saved my attendance from going down!
After coming to this professional world I have realized the how useful this sunday is!
(the reason for which I would not refer saturday is because some offices are open for 6 days in a week)

Yesterday when I was lying on my bed, suddenly an idea banged my head and I thought that their should be 8 days instead of 7 days in a weekday
Lets start with monday!

this upcoming schedule discussed below is mainly for people who work for 5 days in a week!

Monday is the first day of the working calendar, being the first day its very tough to decide how to start your work with! Coming after a holiday there are already so many beautiful memories of the past sunday that its tough to come out and step into reality!
Once you are done with your planning of how to start your work and your schedule you come to know that your monday is over!

Then comes Tuesday!
Tuesday being the second day of work and the day which forms the baseline of your plan it suddenly becomes tough to start with such a big plan! But somehow you have to take the first step and here you go ..........!^!

Wednesday and Thursday moves out working hard on following the plan which was made on Monday! but being "human by nature" its kind of tough to follow this monotonous plan of work as being human by nature one needs a break from the monotonicity which is being followed since 3 days, so finally we quit to work on friday.

Friday
Here is the time when friday comes into existance!
Our quitting the work plan moves out in the first half of the friday and the second half moves out in planning, as one has to plan out many things for the 2 most important days of the week i.e saturday and sunday!

But being in office its not practically possible to plan out your enjoyment schedule as you also need to pretend to be working in front of your boss if he is in round ( and the condition becomes worse when your boss sits just besides you! Its the time when you need to pretend the most!! )

Saturday
Well, after a hectic 5 day working one person also needs a bit of rest, moreover one also requires time for the further planning of how to spent a sunday!
but in overwhelm people often decide or make plans which could not be fulfilled in one day!
moreover for married people they often have so many works which includes home stuffs and some time for relaxation.

Sunday
Slogging all days in a week one really prefers to get up late on this day!
and once you get up late half of your day moves out in laziness. In short there is not much
So I think 1 day as a holiday is not enough for people to enjoy and relax and on sunday one also needs to keep one thing in mind i.e one has to get up early in the morning on monday so he/she has to go to bed early!

In short there is not much time left for enjoyment!
As we all know that a healthy body leads to healthy mind
and a person has healthy body only when one has enjoyed itself (as all work and no play makes jack a dull boy)
and if jack becomes a dull boy then he will not be able to give his best performance in the institute or the company in which he is serving!
so for the benefit of the companies they should pass on the rule in which people should be given one more day as an off except sat and sunday!

Which will result in the revision of our working calendar and from now we would be having 8days instead of 7 days which would include 3 days off for the sake of the benefit of the company ;)

I know you all will agree with my decision!
and if not or if you have some more suggestions then do write it as a comment!

P.S : This was one of the essay topics I was given in my ragging time as one snr asked me how many days are there in a week and by mistake i answered 8! and on that day I landed up writing an essay to proove my point!

(aaj kahin apne dagar se bhatak naa jaana)

~~Zindagi Walks ~~

Zindagi walks!
The title of this blog once read appears as a fey!
But this is the eternal truth of life. Something that can never be changed

No matter whatever happens in life, no matter how much you feel distressed, abandoned, no matter how much regret on your deeds this time keeps on moving and our ZINDAGI moves along with it.
It keeps walking at its own pace --> holding its hands across time. Some people say that they have been stuck or there life has stuck at some point, I often regard this statement as useless.
Its totally in one's hands to move his/her zindagi with time or behind time (but one can't bring it to rest)
It's you and only you who decide about yourself.
In zindagi there are often ups and downs... crests and troughs but still it never stops no matter how big obstacle it encounters.

Your zindagi is like the earth which keeps on moving and never stops... faces various climatic changes but never stops, which sees the hits and misses of various comets, craters but moves quietly and calmly at its own segue with no interruption.
With this we should learn something, we should see that no matter how big the problem is, no matter how complicated the situation is one should keep moving in life, that pace should not be lost anywhere because once you loose that rhythm it becomes tough to gain it back.

In short we should keep up the spirit of "zindagi walks" and should not be disturbed by the obstacles or problems which come in our life after all they are just the matter of time ;) and will be left behind as we walk with time.

Magic in mundane...!

Though its tough to find but one who ever tries achieves the serenity

Once practiced these three words can completely change the life of a person! In todays world every one is running behind something...Some are running behind success while some are trying to chase the unattainable things in life!
In this race people often forget themselves ...what they want , what they really need, what could really make them feel calm-composed and will provide them internal happiness.
Many people like mary gordan and many more have written a lot about internal happiness or the several ways to find magic in mundane but alas they all failed to tell that this magic is something which is developed from within. It can neither be imposed on anyone nor it can be subjected over the other as a compulsion .... its something that comes from within. The first step towards finding the magic is knowing yourself.

Do a retrospection of everything, try to see within yourself, try to see the real you, find out the little child within yourself who has been hidden since a long time.
Try to see dreams with your eyes wide open.... analyze the layers of reality which has been hidden by you since a long time.
Once you try to do these things you will see that there were somethings in life which you did uselessly, some things who's objective can be denied by you. You will see the emergence of your new soul --> the complete reincarnation of yourself -->one who is better then you.

One who knows how to LIVE LIFE,

One who knows how to enjoy things,

One who knows what to do to make yourself happy

This is the real meaning of finding magic in mundane!!!

Baby blog!!

Being the first post in the blog I think it should not include any kind of topic or some piece of crap of my mind!

Being the first blog i think it should be small concise and SHOULD not be related to any thing!
well one could start writing blogs formally after one is over with the introductory blog i.e. the first blog!

First blog is like a new born baby in the blog list and how could you expect a new born baby to be smart and witty as soon as he/she comes into the world in the same way first blog is like a new born baby in your blog list so starting formally with the blog seems to be useless :P

Although my points might seem to be useless to you all but after all its me i.e VANIKI :o)

So wish you a happy blogging time ahead!
